Refund and Returns Policy

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. Because many cosmetic and personal-care products are hygiene-sensitive, opened, used, tampered or unsealed items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrived incorrect, damaged or defective.

Report an issue

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photographs of the outer parcel, product packaging and the issue. Retain all packaging while the request is reviewed. An unboxing image or video may be requested for damage, shortage or incorrect-item claims.

Eligibility

Approved returns must be unused, unopened and in their original saleable packaging with seals, labels and accessories intact. Products marked final sale, temperature-sensitive items and professional-use products may have additional restrictions.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times can vary. Original shipping, duties and taxes are not refundable unless required by law or the error was ours.
